Wooden Tendrils found in a new Age.
Wooden Tendrils are a type of World Modifier, used by Mystcraft. Placing the Wooden Tendrils rune into a Descriptive Book via Writing Desk will add wooden tendrils to the Age that you picked. They extend high into the sky and deep underground.
Tendrils default to Oak Wood, but any material modifier can be put in front of the Tendril page to make the Tendrils out of that substance. For instance, Spruce Logs, Ice, and Diamond Ore are all viable.
The add-on, Ages of Mystcraft adds dozens of symbols, including new modifier materials such as iron ore, bedrock, clay, leaves, or colored Decay.
