Trophy Pedestal - Decoration[]
The only way to get this in survival is by placing a boss (Lich, Hydra, Naga, Ur-Ghast) head on the top of a Latent Trophy Pedestal and then mining it.
Once mined, it no longer has the portal to the special hidden area (See Latent Trophy Pedestal for more info on the special area.)
It has no other purpose apart from decoration.
