Thaumic Armor is a set of armor from Thaumcraft 3, crafted from Thaumium. Thaumic armour, while obviously more expensive, has a higher durability, and is much more enchantable than iron armor. Level 30 enchantments on thaumium armor, especially the chestplate, often produce good enchantments consisting of some form of Protection and Repair II, an enchantment which quickly regenerates the durability bar of the armor using vis from the local aura.
