The Swarmer can be part of the Alveary structure. It needs Royal Jelly to operate.
The Swarmer creates Swarm Hive in a large area around itself. The Swarm Hive will yield bees as normal a Bee Hive, but these bees can only live for a limited amount of generations in captivity. At some point the Queen will no longer yield a Princess among its offspring. So even though the Swarmer will give you more princesses, they will not stay around forever, so you will need the Swarmer to keep running.
