The Supercondensator converts any EU that is inserted to 1 million EU per packet when a Redstone current is applied and converts packets of 1 million EU down to packets of 8,192 EU when no Redstone current is applied. Currently, its only use is to convert the packets of 1 million EU produced by a Fusion Reactor down to a manageable size, as there is no machine currently in existence created by GregTech or by any other mod that can accept packets of 1 million EU.
It is also used as part of the recipe for the Lightning Rod.
