Sheldonite Ore is an addition from GregTech. Sheldonite Ore is found rarely in The End. It is found encased in End Stone, much like normal ores underground, or in "asteroids" that spawn several hundred blocks around the main End platform. Sheldonite veins are generally outstanding from the asteroids, and usually contain 2-6 ores. The minimap may help to find these asteroids, especially if its set on lowest zoom level. Sheldonite is one of the best sources of Iridium Ore currently in the game, mainly through its high platinum content.
Its recommended to use a Linking Book (Mystcraft) to go back to the End after killing the Ender Dragon so you can always mine Sheldonite Ore for Platinum and Iridium.

- Processing Sheldonite Ore in a Pulverizer gives 2 Platinum Dust and has a 5% of chance of giving Iridium Ore.
- Processing Sheldonite Ore in a Rock Crusher gives 2 Platinum Dust and has a 10% chance of giving 1 Iridium Ore.
