This is a crop from Industrial Craft 2 when it is left clicked it drops chances Redstone Dust, wheat, and Seed Bag. It is usually a crossbreed of either:
Aurelia + Aurelia or
NetherWart + NetherWart
It matures in light levels of 5-10, it is considered a tier 6 plant. It looks similar to wheat and hops for it's earliest stages then it develops a red top. Another characteristic about Red Wheat is that it emits a redstone signal similar to a redsone torch.
