The RSH-Condensator will dissipate heat from exchangers or reactor cells.
It cannot be cooled down by convectional means, you must "repair" it with redstone. Redstone dust will restore 10k heat per item (2 dusts to restore to full).
Max capacity is 19999, also this item won't burn out upon overheating like most other items. It will merely stay inside the reactor grid with 1 health.
