The Magnet is an item from Factorization. Its main use is in crafting Motors.

Note: You get the Lead Wire and Battery Block back after crafting the magnet. Only the Iron, and some of the charge on the battery block are consumed. Essentially, you're just passing a piece of iron through a loop of wire hooked up to a battery, to make the magnet. The battery block must have at least 40% charge.
