The Angry Zombie is a mob introduced in Thaumcraft 3. Angry Zombies have red eyes and a different forehead texture to distinguish them from regular zombies. They have more health, and are slightly faster and stronger than regular zombies, making them more dangerous. When killed, they often drop Zombie Brains.
Occasionally, Angry Zombies spawn as Angry Zombie Villagers, although this seems to be very rare. It is presumed, but unconfirmed that Angry Zombie Villagers turn back into villagers.
