The Exo-Boots are part of the Exo-Suit from Factorization. By default, they provide no protection, but can be upgraded with any vanilla boots in an Exo-Modder. They will also accept the Buoyant Barrel, Cobblestone Drive, and Wall Jumping Boots Exo-Upgrades.
