New Twilight Forest Dark Tower

The dark tower with the unfinished boss on the top. This is what we can expect in the future once the dark tower is no longer a "Work In Progress"

Currently a work in progress (WIP), they are found in the Twilight Forest and will show up on a magic map.

Because of their development status, Dark Towers contains an Ur-Ghast at the top of the tower, and are usually full of mobs due to the low light levels inside of them. They resemble Lich towers but are instead made of Towerwood Planks and Encased Towerwood, which are similar in nature to Obsidian blocks. Though they are difficult to break, they are entirely flammable- so take care when navigating this tower to minimize fire risks.

They usually spawn in the 'dense canopy' biome, meaning the exterior surrounding them could be filled with skeletal druids and giant spiders.

The tower structure can be navigated by the various staircases, ladders, and tunnels.

If trying to fly to the top of the tower with any jet pack but the Advanced NanoChestplate , the dencity of the tower will stop the jetpack from functioning for a couple of seconds, making flying to the top impossible without it.

Mobs

The Tower is populated by "Work In Progress" Golems- Iron golems that are immediately hostile to any player that approaches.

Unique to the Tower's upper levels are Carminite Ghastlings- about 1/4th of the size of the Ghast, these creatures move slower, but fire fireballs that are equally deadly and may set the tower on fire. Some rooms of the tower may be open and filled with Carminite Ghastling spawners. Many will simply ignore the player until looked at, so although they may be a source of tears, much caution is advised.

Carmite Broodlings are found in the dark tower, usually coming from a spawner. Skeletons, pinching beetles and creepers are naturally spawned mobs that are found in dark areas of a dark tower. Blazes come from spawners found close to the top of the tower.

Borers are brown silverfish-like creatures that infest certain wood blocks of the Tower. Unlike Silverfish they will not re-enter blocks. However, if released and attacked many will jump forth from the walls to swarm the player, making them a quick threat if provoked. Upon death, they drop 'borer essence' which as of yet has no functionality.
