The angular saw is a tool added by Factorization that works in much the same way as a silk touch pickaxe, but it currently only works on a few blocks: Emerald ore, Diamond ore, Redstone ore, Lapis Lazuli ore, Coal ore and glass blocks.
In order for it to work the player must have a charged Battery Block in their inventory. One fully charged battery block will be good for 32 uses before the Angular Saw stops working.
